call me old-fashioned, but i have this thing for power ballads. they can seriously turn my bad days around. haha! been indulging the whole morning because of what this week has become (school is driving me nutssssss) and i needed to get myself out of this slump, so i decided to go on youtube (audio files still on old laptop so they’re not on my itunes) and crank up the volume…on my earphones. since i can’t get up and dance right now, i’ll save it for when i get home later (if i don’t pass out on the couch first!). 

anyway, this one’s one of my faves from my childhood days. i remember watching the movie the mannequin (with kim cattrall yeaaaars before satc) with my yaya when i was around 6 or 7. i remember loving the movie, and dancing with my yaya to this song when the credits were rolling. i miss her terribly.
